Retreat registration form
Guests choose a room and workshops, and rooms stop at what the house has.
What's inside
Guests pick a private room or a shared twin from the beds left, and sharers can name a roommate. Workshops close at their own limits, and registration closes when every bed is taken.

Filling a retreat
Open registration two to three months ahead. Retreat guests book time off work, and they need the dates before they can ask.
Set the rooms to the beds you have: six private rooms and fourteen twin beds make twenty guests. Registration closes at twenty on its own.
Workshop limits match the room and the gear. A sound bath with ten mats takes ten people, and the eleventh sees it's full before they arrive hoping.
Read the rest answers before the weekend. Earplugs, a room away from the stairs or a quiet table at breakfast cost nothing and make the stay.
Retreat registration questions
Why not ask about health conditions?
A retreat rarely needs a health history, and guests share what matters when asked what helps them rest. If a session needs a specific check, ask that one question. The rest answer is a long text field, so guests have room to mention sleep, an injury or a need for quiet. Read them privately and follow up by email when something needs a plan.
Can I take payment with the form?
No. Fillio doesn't take payments. Send your payment details by email, as the thank-you message says, and mark paid guests next to their replies. Most retreats take a deposit of 25 to 50 percent to hold a bed. Set a payment date about a week after sign-up, and delete unpaid replies so the bed opens for the next guest.
What happens when the private rooms are full?
Private room shows as Full and can't be picked, so new guests choose from the shared twins left. When those are gone too, registration closes. Some guests only come with a private room, so add a line to the intro about a waitlist by email. If a private guest cancels, delete their reply and the room appears again for the next person.
