Restocking what people actually want

The product question is your production plan. If 200 people wait for the apron and 40 for the tote, make aprons first.

The color answers tell you how to split the batch. Count them before you order fabric.

Text alerts are opened faster than email, which matters for a drop that sells out in hours. Asking for a mobile only from those who want texts keeps the list light.

Message the list a day before the public launch. Early access is the reason people joined.

Waitlist questions

How do I message everyone on the waitlist?

Export the replies, split them by email and text, and paste the lists into your email tool or phone. Message only people who joined, and about what they asked for. Write one short message per product. People ticked only what they want, so a tote fan doesn't need the apron news, and a focused message gets more clicks.

Can I use it for a product launch, not a restock?

Yes. Change the products to your launch line and the intro to the launch date. The questions work the same for a first drop. Share the link a few weeks ahead, in your bio and your newsletter. Keep the color question only if the first run comes in more than one color, and delete it otherwise, so joining takes a few taps.

Can I see which product has the most demand?

Yes. Your responses count each product, and the export lets you sort and total them in a spreadsheet. Check the totals before you order materials, and make more of what most people chose. People can tick more than one product, so the totals add up to more than the number of people on the list.
