Cocktail party RSVP
Guests reply, name their plus-one and vote on the signature drink, so the bar matches the crowd.
What's inside
A yes asks about a plus-one, and only a plus-one asks for a name; every yes votes for one of the signature drinks.

Stocking the bar from the votes
Send the link two to three weeks before. For a rooftop or a rented room, put the address, the floor and the dress code in the intro.
Plan about two drinks per guest in the first hour and one an hour after that. The votes split that total between the cocktails.
Plus-one names go straight to the door list. Doormen and building front desks ask for full names, not Ana plus one.
Keep the alcohol-free option as good as the cocktails. The votes tell you whether you need a jug of it or a few bottles.
Cocktail party questions
How do I turn votes into a shopping list?
Multiply each drink's votes by the drinks per guest, then buy for that. A spritz takes about 90 ml of prosecco, so one 750 ml bottle makes eight. A margarita or an espresso martini takes about 50 ml of spirit, so a 700 ml bottle makes fourteen. Buy one spare bottle for the winning drink, since guests drift toward what the crowd is holding.
Can I limit plus-ones?
Yes. Delete the plus-one question for a smaller party, or write in the intro that plus-ones are for partners only. Guests answer the question you ask, so the wording does the work. Each plus-one's full name arrives with the reply, so you see every extra person in advance. If the roof holds 40, count yeses and plus-ones and close the form when you reach it.
What should the alcohol-free drink be?
Something that looks the part: an alcohol-free spritz or a spicy virgin margarita in the same glass as everyone else's. If many vote for it, serve it from a jug so the bartender stays free. Mix a test batch the week before, since a zero drink that tastes like plain juice gets left on the table.
