Sports banquet RSVP
Families reply with a meal for each guest and send a photo for the highlight video.
What's inside
Families who are coming say how many seats they need and choose a name and meal once per guest; families who can't come get their own end message.

Planning an end-of-season banquet
Send the RSVP three weeks before the banquet and set the reply date a week out. The caterer usually wants final numbers five days before.
Meals per guest give the caterer exact counts and give you place cards, since every guest is named.
The photo question builds your highlight video without a group chat full of attachments. Families upload straight into the form; for a bigger photo drive, see the file upload form.
Families who can't come still matter: the end message tells them where the athlete's award will be, so nobody feels left out.
Sports banquet RSVP questions
How do I charge for banquet tickets?
Put the price per seat and how to pay in the intro, or collect at the door. The seat count in each reply tells you what each family owes. Fillio doesn't process payments. Seats include the athlete, so decide whether athletes eat free before you set the price. Asking for payment by the reply date means your final count holds only paid seats.
Can coaches and staff reply too?
Yes. They enter their own name as the athlete's name and choose their meal. Or send them a duplicate of the form so their replies stay separate. A separate copy also lets you change the end message for staff, since a coach who can't come would otherwise read that their award waits at the next practice.
Can I plan the seating from the replies?
Yes. Each reply is one family with every guest named, so a table per family comes straight from the list. Seat teammates' families next to each other and keep one table for coaches. Most banquet tables seat eight, so put two families of three or four together. Export the replies as a CSV file and sort by seats to see the table plan quickly.
