Quinceañera RSVP

Families confirm the mass and the party separately, with every name for the seating chart.

Planning the quince from the replies

Send the link six to eight weeks out, once the church and the hall are booked. Families plan travel and outfits early for a quince, and padrinos need time to prepare their part.

Mass and party counts often differ. Older relatives may come to church only, while school friends join for the dinner. Use the party count for the caterer and the mass count for the reserved pews.

Every guest gets a name field, so the seating chart and place cards come straight from the replies. Seating by family is easy too: each reply already groups a household.

Song requests give the DJ a list in the guests' own taste. Share it a week before, once the waltz and the surprise dance are settled.

Wishes arrive from everyone, including relatives who can't travel. Print them for a keepsake book or read a few during the toast.

Quinceañera RSVP questions

Can I write the form in Spanish?

Yes. Every question, option and button is text you can edit, so the form can be in Spanish or in both languages for a bilingual family. Guests see exactly the words you write. For both languages, write each label in Spanish followed by English in brackets, and keep options short so they fit on a phone screen.

How do I stop replies when the hall is full?

Set a response limit counted by the number of guests in each reply. A family of five counts as five, a decline counts as zero, and the form closes once the total reaches your hall's capacity. Set the limit a few seats below the real capacity, about five percent, so padrinos and older relatives who reply by phone still have a place you can give them.

Should children get their own name?

Yes. Every child takes a seat and a plate, so each one gets a line. If the caterer charges less for kids, ask families to add the age, like Mateo, 6. Babies who sit on a lap usually skip a seat card, so say in the intro whether families should list them. That keeps the guest total and the response limit honest.
