Creator meetup RSVP

Creators share their handle and niche, and you pair people who should meet before they arrive.

What's inside

Creators pick their niche, and Something else asks them to name it; everyone says who they'd like to meet and whether they can appear in photos.

Making the right introductions

Send the link two to three weeks before, in your stories and in the group chats where creators in your city already talk.

Sort the replies by niche and audience size, then plan two or three introductions per person. A food creator with 5k followers and a cafe account with 80k is a coffee worth setting up.

Photo answers save the awkward moment after the event. Before you post the group shot, check the replies and crop out anyone who asked to stay off social media.

Handles make the follow-up easy: tag everyone in one post the next day, except those who said no to photos.

Creator meetup questions

Do I need the audience size question?

It helps you mix the room, not rank it. Small creators want to meet bigger ones and the other way round. Delete it if your meetup is for friends who already know each other. The question is optional, so anyone uneasy about sharing numbers can skip it. Use the ranges only to plan introductions, never on a public list.

What do I do with the photo answers?

Give the list of people who said no to whoever takes photos, before the event. They can frame those guests out instead of editing later. A colored sticker on their name tags helps the photographer spot them in a crowd. Hand the stickers out at check-in, so nobody has to explain their choice in front of others.

Can brands come too?

Yes. Add a brand option to the niche list, and the who-to-meet answers tell you which creators want to meet them. Write in the intro whether brands can pitch on the day or only chat, so creators know what to expect. Two or three brands per 30 creators keeps it a meetup rather than a trade fair.
