What's inside
An event that isn't on the list asks for the occasion; everyone picks a booth and how long it runs.

Quoting booth rentals quickly
Hours and booth type set the price. With both in the inquiry, you can reply with a quote instead of a list of packages.
A 360 booth needs about a 10 by 10 foot space and room for a line. Ask about the space in your reply when someone picks it.
Weddings book months ahead, birthdays a few weeks out. Reply to wedding inquiries first.
Photo booth inquiry questions
How do clients pay the booking deposit?
Send your contract and a payment link with the quote. The form takes no payment and Fillio takes no fee from your bookings. Most booths hold a date only once the deposit is paid, so say that in the quote.
Can I show my packages in the form?
Yes. Add the price to each booth option, or add a package question with what each includes. Clients who know the price send better inquiries. Keep it to three packages, such as two hours with the classic booth, three hours with the 360 booth and a full night with the glam booth. Three clear choices get picked faster than a menu of add-ons.
Can venues and planners use it too?
Yes. Planners fill in the same form for their clients. Add a company name question if most of your work comes through planners. Ask them to send one inquiry per event, so each date has its own row. Add a private note with the planner's name to each booking, so at the end of the season you can see who sends you the most work.
