Flower order form

Customers pick a bouquet size and palette and write the card.

What's inside

The card message is asked only when the customer adds a card; everyone else finishes one question sooner.

Taking bouquet orders by link

Prices in the size labels answer the first question every customer asks. Petite, classic and grand cover most budgets without a menu.

Florist's choice is your best option. It lets you use what's freshest that day, and most customers are happy to leave it to you.

Read every card message back before writing it. Names are the most common mistake, and a misspelled sympathy card can't be fixed.

Before Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, set a closing date in the form's settings so orders stop when your cooler is full.

Flower order questions

How do customers pay?

You text the total after reading the order, with a payment link or your bank details. The form takes no payment and Fillio takes nothing from your sales. Ask for payment before the bouquet leaves the shop. Mark each paid order with a private note in your dashboard, so your driver can see at a glance which orders are ready to go.

Can I offer pickup as well as delivery?

Yes. Add a pickup or delivery question and show the recipient's address only for delivery. Pickup customers then skip it. Put your shop address and pickup hours in the intro, so they know where to go. Rename the date question to Pickup or delivery date, so it reads right for both groups.

Can I use it for wedding flower inquiries?

Weddings need a different conversation, with a date, a venue and a budget. Keep this form for everyday bouquets and use a separate inquiry for events. Duplicate this one, remove the bouquet sizes and the card question, then add a venue and a budget range. A file upload question lets couples send photos of the look they want.
