Bridal shower RSVP
Get replies, drink choices and advice for the bride, and let absent guests join the gift.
What's inside
Guests who come pick tea or bubbles and flag dietary needs. Guests who decline are asked if they'd like to join the group gift. Everyone can leave advice for the bride.

Hosting the shower
Send the link four to six weeks before the shower, usually a month or two before the wedding. The host is often a sister, a friend or the maid of honor; say who is hosting in the intro.
The group gift question is the part guests appreciate. Friends who live far away can still be part of the present, and you know the share per person before you buy.
Advice for the bride works as a keepsake and as an activity. Read the best ones aloud during the shower, then give her the full list.
The how-do-you-know question helps you seat a mix of family, school and work friends who may not have met. For the wedding itself, send the wedding RSVP.
Bridal shower questions
Can guests who can't come still contribute?
Yes. Choosing “I can't make it” opens one question about joining the group gift. Their answer arrives with their reply, so you can count shares in one place. Their end screen thanks them by name, and their advice reaches the bride on the day like everyone else's. Put the gift idea and a rough share in the intro, so they know what they're saying yes to.
Can I change tea and bubbles to a brunch menu?
Yes. Rename the drink options or replace the question in your copy. It only shows to guests who are coming, whatever it asks. For a brunch, try options like Mimosa, Coffee and Fresh juice. Keep the dietary question next to it, since the kitchen needs both answers when planning the food.
Does the bride see the replies?
Only if you share them. Replies go to whoever saved the form, so a surprise shower stays a surprise. If the bride helps with the planning, share the headcount with her and keep the advice answers back until the shower, so reading them is still new.
