Workshop registration form

Take sign-ups for a class with sessions, experience levels and access needs, in one short form.

What's inside

Everyone picks a session, which shows the places left in each, and their experience; attendees who say they practice regularly are asked what they want to work on. Registration closes once both sessions are full.

Filling a small class

Open registration three to four weeks before the class and share the link where your students already are: your social profile, a newsletter or a poster with a QR code in the studio.

Two sessions let people choose a time instead of skipping the class. Each session holds twelve places: the form shows how many are left and marks a session Full when it is, so nobody books a seat you don't have. Change the number on each option to fit your room, as with limited spots.

The experience question lets you plan the first ten minutes: a demo for beginners, a quick start for the regulars. Regulars tell you what they want to work on, so you can bring the right tools.

Ask about access needs once, plainly, and act on the answers: a chair instead of a stool, a seat near the door, large-print handouts.

Class registration questions

Can I stop registrations when the class is full?

It already does. The template stops at 24 sign-ups, twelve per session; change the limit in your form's settings, or add a closing date. People who open the link after that see that registration is closed. If a session fills fast, duplicate the form with a third time slot rather than squeezing a thirteenth person into the room.

Can I take payment in the form?

Not in this template. Mention the price and how to pay in the intro, or send a payment link with the confirmation you write to each attendee. Ask for payment within three days of signing up, and say what happens to unpaid places. Many teachers refund in full until 48 hours before class, then keep the fee for materials.

Can I use it for a recurring class?

Yes. Duplicate the form for each date, or rename the session options every week. Each copy keeps its own list of sign-ups. A fresh copy starts with all 24 places open again, which suits a term of six classes. Email the new link to past attendees a day before you post it publicly, so regulars get first pick.
