Paint and sip sign-up
Guests book an easel on one of three nights, so you prep exactly that many canvases.
What's inside
Each night shows the easels left and turns Full at 20; guests painting with a friend name them so you can seat them side by side.

Prepping the right number of canvases
One booking is one easel, which keeps the count exact. Couples and friends each book, then name each other, and you place their easels together.
The drink answers become your bar list. Count the reds, whites and alcohol-free glasses per night and buy for that plus a few spares.
Read the celebrating answers before the night. A birthday painter who gets a candle on their easel posts about it, and that post sells your next session.
Paint and sip questions
Can guests pay when they book?
Not in the form; Fillio takes no payments. Put the price in the intro and send a payment link with your confirmation email, or take payment at the door. Many studios ask guests to pay within 48 hours of booking and release easels that stay unpaid. Say your refund rule in the intro too, since you buy supplies for each booked easel.
Can I change the number of easels?
Yes. Change the places on each night to fit your studio, then set the closing limit to the new total. A night shows Full when its easels are gone, so guests pick another date. Leave about a yard between easels for elbows and glasses. If you add a fourth night, raise the closing limit by that night's places.
Can I run a private paint party with it?
Yes. Keep one night, rename it to the party date and send the link to the guest list. The friend question still helps with seating. Rename the celebrating question to something personal, such as a message for the birthday guest, and read the answers aloud while the paint dries. Set the places to the party size plus one or two for late adds.
