Planning a New Year's Eve at home
Send the link in early December. New Year's plans firm up fast, and a date in the calendar early beats a better offer later.
The overnight answers tell you how many couches, blankets and breakfast plates you need. Nobody has to ask at 2 am where they're sleeping.
Count the fizz answers to buy the right bottles. Alcohol-free guests get a real glass at midnight, not a leftover soda.
Save the resolutions and read them out at next year's party. It's the easiest tradition you'll ever start, and it brings people back.
New Year's Eve RSVP questions
When will I see the resolutions?
Right away, with each reply. The sealing is a promise to your guests: keep them to yourself until next New Year's Eve, then read them out. If you'd rather not peek, ask a co-host to export the list now and keep the file for next December. Read them in the order they arrived, and let the room guess whose resolution it was before you say the name.
Can guests who can't come still leave a resolution?
Yes. The resolution question is open to everyone, and their goodbye message says it's in the jar. They have a reason to come next year. The resolution is optional, so nobody is stuck on it. When you read the jar next year, include the absent ones too, and send a short video to anyone who wasn't there.
Can I turn it into a bar or venue NYE RSVP?
Yes. Delete the overnight question and keep the headcount and the drink. Change the intro to your venue and the time doors open. For a paid party, put the ticket price and payment link in the intro, since Fillio takes no payments. Keep the limit of four per reply so one person can't hold a whole table, and close the form when you reach the room's capacity.
