Multi-page Forms

Break a long form into separate pages to improve completion rates and guide respondents step by step.

Page Breaks

A Page Break block divides your form into pages. Content above the break is on one page, content below is on the next.

Adding a Page Break

  1. 1Click the + button between blocks.
  2. 2Select Page Break from the insert menu.
  3. 3The form splits at that point. A Continue button appears at the end of each page automatically.

Navigation

Respondents move between pages using Continue and Previous buttons. The Submit button appears only on the last page.

Combining with Conditional Logic

Use a Jump to Page action in a Conditional Logic block to route respondents to a different page based on their answers.

Conditional Logic

Tip: Keep each page focused on one topic. Shorter pages feel faster and result in higher completion rates.
